I view of the building philosophy of my products as a fusion of materials acting as teamwork. Every physical detail of a transformer – core, copper wire, bobbin material, insulation, mounting elements, lead wires and the rest – separately, they all have their individual characteristics in sound reproduction and my job is not only to put them together, but make them act as a synergistic team to deliver you long-term flow of euphoria and countless happy listening experiences.
The quality and nature of my work are dictated throughout a decade over of listening experience and study of materials and their combinations, but I also take into account the listening experience of The other audio enthusiasts around the globe. It would be not be exaggerated to say, they have all left a mark into the nature of my work and the quality of my products. I fondly value customer feedback, on which a spotlight should be always on.
Putting together a product at Muse Coils is a complex process. Ideological selection of materials with best audibility is paramount to the assembly. Building a transformer is а careful strategy of assembling over 20 materials with strict order. Overlooking any of them is not an option, each being carefully studied throughout listening tests.
Throughout the years I took great enthusiasm to analyze countless of build details on transformers related to sound reproduction. Not just considering my products, but great world-reknown brands like Tamura, ISO-Tango, UTC, Lundahl, Hashimoto, Sowther. If you have participated in transformer swaps, you have probably become familiar with every unique sound pattern they all offer.
Each bulding material in my transformers is carefully studied. This statement is a tiny part of the whole picture. A transformer behaves like a musical instrument and should be viewed as such. Size and weight matter as well.
I also put great effort into perfectioning winding quality, where each layer of windings is carefully inspected, additionally packed by hand and well centered. Tight packing of windings is essential to perception of sound stability. No parasitic elements, such as pieces of mylar tapes are present into the coils, as every detail is part of the entire picture.
An inductor is built with a single supreme goal – delivering countless hours of musical emotion to the listener. Building approach is taken to the extreme. A Muse Coils product is the result of a decade of listening and studying of materials and their resulting combinations.
