Muse Coils Ltd. is a one-man company driven to deliver acoustic perfectionism into the products it offers, only to ensure one thing – stunning long term musical experiences for its customers. The man behind Muse Coils Ltd. is Alexander Naydenov who truly believes that the products he creates for his customers should be always tuned to the “best for the moment” materials and is constantly searching for further perfection.

The types of products we can build and offer to our customers are described in our Site and include, but are not limited to, power transformers, output transformers, interstage transformers, chokes and accessories (collectively, the “Products”).
These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of our Site, including the purchase of all Products, as well as all services and content (including articles and pictures in our blog) offered by us through the Site (collectively, the “Services“).
Please read these Terms & Conditions very carefully before using the Site and/or the Services, as well as before ordering our Product. This is a binding agreement between you and us.
1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions and Updates
By viewing or using the Site and/or the Services, by ordering a Product or by agreeing to these Terms & Conditions (including by a click-through, when such option is provided in our Site), you signify that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and other documents they expressly incorporate by reference (the “Agreement”), all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you use any aspect of the Site and/or the Services, and/or the Products, or click to accept or agree to these Terms & Conditions if presented to you in a User interface on the Site, we will understand this as your acceptance of this Agreement. By accepting this Agreement or using any aspect of the Site and/or the Services, and/or the Products, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter a contract in the jurisdiction where you reside.

2. Minors
Our Services and Products are intended for persons who are not of legal age, as defined in the laws applicable in their country/state, and by using the Services and the Products, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age (adult, 18+ or 21+ or else, as per the law applicable to you) and you are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations and warranties set forth in this Agreement, and to abide by and comply with this Agreement. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors or allow them to buy Products from us.
3. Purchases
When you visit the Site, you will find there information about the Products we offer you, divided in different categories (as already indicated above).
All the Products are manufactured and assembled by Alexander Naydenov. They are all handmade, and most of them are custom-made in order to meet the expectations of each customer.
If you want to buy a Product from us, you can contact us by using the contact form on our Site or our channel in Telegram app. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible in order to discuss all the details in writing, such as, but not limited to, your requirements and needs (if you want to buy a custom-made Product), our ability to provide you with such a Product, the price of the Product, the estimated time for manufacturing and/or delivery of the Product.
All communications and purchase orders exchanged between you and us will be in writing and only purchase orders made in writing will be accepted and fulfilled.
Please, be informed that Product manufacturing and delivery time is approximate as it depends on the availability and delivery of the materials to us and our current workload. Therefore, we are not liable for any extension of the estimated time.
All materials used for building up and assembling the Products are qualitative, carefully chosen and strictly checked.
All prices are in USD or EURO and include the cost of the materials, the R&D work, the labour for building of the Products, and the shipment costs. The prices are paid by a wire transfer to our account (bank or PayPal account) specified by us in the correspondence with you. Each customer is issued an invoice.
Once we confirm the availability for purchasing all materials needed for the Product, chosen by you, you can proceed to 100% payment.
When payment is received in the amount we begin by ordering and manufacturing all custom materials needed, followed by labour your ordered Product.
The duration of the whole process lies between 12 and 16 weeks excluding shipping time. When your Product is ready, it will be shipped to you in the way and in the term agreed between you and us. It will be shipped to the address you have provided to us. For this purpose we will need your first and last name, company (optional, if you buy the Product as a company), country/region, street address, more details about your address like apartment, unit, suite, etc., city or town, state, ZIP, phone number and email address. We can use the services of a courier service provider specified by you and operating in the Republic of Bulgaria or of another courier services provider chosen by us, if you have not specified such.
You agree that any information that you submit to us will be true, accurate, current and complete and that you will maintain and promptly update your data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your purchase order. In such a case we will inform you in advance.
Each Product is shipped to the customer together with an user manual and safety instructions.
We strive to provide high quality Products, meant to be fully operating for a lifetime. And they will, if you as a customer use them in accordance with the user manual and observe the safety instructions, provided to you by us together with the product. We are not liable for any damages that might occur as a result of your use of the Product or as a result of the use of the Product by any other person.
All costs of shipment and delivery of the Product, as well as any transfer/transaction fees connected with the payment of its price, will be at your expense.
4. Intellectual Property
You do not have the right to replicate our Products, nor to patent any of our Products, without our prior written consent.
Materials on the Site and the Services, including, without limitation, names, logos, trademarks, images, text, columns, graphics, videos, photographs, illustrations, artwork, software and other elements (collectively, “Material/s“) are protected by copyrights, trademarks and/or other intellectual property rights owned and controlled by Muse Coils Ltd. or by third parties that have licensed or otherwise provided their material to us. You acknowledge and agree that all Materials on the Site and the Services are made available to you for limited, non-exclusive, non-commercial, personal use only in connection with viewing and using the Services. Except as specifically provided herein or elsewhere on the Site and the Services, no Material may be modified, copied, framed, reproduced, republished, sold, downloaded, displayed, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, or otherwise used for any purpose, in whole or in part, by any person or entity, without Muse Coil Ltd.’s prior express written permission.

14. Governing Law and Venue
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, where is the main place of establishment and provision of the Services of Muse Coils Ltd.
Any claim or dispute between you and Muse Coils Ltd. that arises in whole or in part from the Services shall be decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in the City of Sofia, Republic of Bulgaria.
